论茶非物质文化遗产保护的基本法律问题
摘要：茶非物质文化遗产是茶产业发展的助力，茶产业是茶非物质文化遗产传承的依托和载体。茶非物质文化遗产，以文化的力量带动了茶产业的繁荣，在茶叶经济活动中占有举足轻重的地位。随着茶叶经济的活跃，茶非物质文化遗产的保护问题也受到越来越广泛的重视。为了保护茶非物质文化遗产，可以借力于茶产业的经济基础功能，以茶作为茶非物质文化遗产传承的最佳物质载体，推广茶叶经济，在茶叶经济活动的各个环节加强立法规范，建立起茶非物质文化遗产保护的产业化战略模式。

Abstract: Intangible cultural heritage of tea is a great driving force for the development of tea industry. Accordingly, tea industry is the basement and carrier of intangible cultural heritage of tea.  Intangible cultural heritage of tea puts forward to the booming of tea industry with the power of culture and plays an importantant role in the economic activity .  As the development of tea economy, tea has got more and more attention. In order to protect Intangible cultural heritage of tea, we can make use of the basic economic function of tea industry to take the tea as the best carrier of ntangible cultural heritage of tea, expand the tea economic, strengthen the legislative norms in all aspects of all tea economic activities and establish an industrialization strategy model to protect the intangible cultural heritage of tea.
