113密封件三工件直动式自动封盖机构设计
摘要
密封件属于机械基础件，是各类机构性能、质量、安全性、可靠性等的重要保证，在实际生产中，有非常重要的作用。三工件113密封件是常用密封件之一，目前完成组装主要还是靠手工来完成，装配效率低下，并且装配质量差。受宁波工业密封件厂委托，设计一台113密封件三工件自动封盖机构，要求每3秒自动完成一个密封件。本文主要介绍113密封件三工件直动式自动封盖机构的设计和运作，并且介绍了国内外密封件发展状况。机构主要由三个送料装置与一个压合装置构成，所有动作均由四个气缸完成。我们多次对机构的结构进行了改进，论证，并对机构各个细节进行分析，研究可行性，经济性，最后完成本次设计。

Abstract
Seals are the basis of mechanicals, it is important for all kinds of organization performance, quality, safety, reliability, etc. Three compents 113 seal is common seal.Nowadays, in order to complete the seal all by hand, so the main assembly inefficient and assembly quality is poor. Entrusted by Ningbo industrial seal factory, design a 113 seals, automatic block three compents,Request every 3 seconds automatic completion of a seal. This paper mainly introduces three workpiece 113 seals e-style automatic block design of organization and cylinder selection, and also introduced the development status of seals at home and abroad. Feeding device consists mainly of three organization with a pressing device, all are completed by four cylinder. We improve and define to the organization structure several times. With the concept of completing a set of perfect design, we analysis every detail of institutions, and than research the feasibility and efficiency and finally, studies the design
