小议语用指示语的翻译
摘  要

文章从语用研究的首要对象—指示语出发，介绍了指示语的概念和分类，阐述了话语和语境的联系就是通过指示语完成的。由于中西文化的不同，英汉指示语也必然存在差异。翻译是一种跨文化交流，因此在指示语的翻译过程中，译者必须要做一些调整以保证交流得以顺利进行。文章提出了指示语在翻译中的注意要点：一要高度重视语境；二要注意源语和目的语在指示表达习惯上的差异；并在翻译中相应作灵活调整。文章通过实例对人称指示、时间指示和地点指示的翻译做了具体评述，并提出了值得注意的翻译技巧。

On Translation of Pragmatic Deixis
 
ABSTRACT

The paper focuses on one of the most important elements of pragmatics-deixis, introducing its concept and categorization, expounding that deixis plays the role of relating utterance with its context. Due to the difference between Chinese culture and English culture, deixis used in different languages differ greatly. Translation is an intercultural communication, so translators must make some adjustments to ensure the success of communication in the translation proceeds. In translating deixis, importance must be attached to two points: context, which is a decisive factor for understanding and expressing deixis and the difference in idiomatic usage of deixis between the source and the target languages. And adjustment must be made accordingly in rendering deixis. Detailed description and comment are made in translating person deixis, place deixis and time deixis and noteworthy translational techniques thereof are proposed.
