Abstract
This thesis mainly describes the electronic commerce on the impact of financial management from the case study of Haier Group. The use of E-commerce is a great improvement of financial management in enterprise, it represents a new way of financial management, and its appearance marks a new era of financial management. It plays a vital role in economic development. In the context of economic globalization, enterprise change tradition financial management way through E-commerce to enhance competitiveness and achieve new economic growth. At the same time, E-commerce raises new challenges and requirements on enterprise financial management; it has significant effect and change on financial management objectives, financial goals, financial management performance and fund management.

本文以海尔集团为例，主要阐述电子商务对企业财务管理方式的影响。运用电子商务是企业财务管理的一次重大进步,它代表了一种新的财务管理方式,它的产生标志着一个新的财务管理时代的到来。它对企业经济发展起着至关重要的作用，在经济全球化形势下企业通过电子商务改变传统财务管理方式，提高竞争力、实现新的经济增长。同时，电子商务对企业财务管理提出了新的挑战和要求，使企业财务管理在财务管理目标，财务目标，财务管理绩效以及资金管理等诸多方面产生了重大影响和变化。
