摘  要

论文探讨文化差异对商务交际的影响，并探求在商务交际中如何克服文化冲突。由于社会习俗、思维模式、价值观方面的不同，文化差异普遍存在于国际商务交际中。而文化差异的存在极易导致不同文化背景的人与人之间的文化冲突，严重影响了商务交际的顺利进行。加强对文化差异的认识，建立相互尊重、彼此包容的合作文化，是改善和提高商务交际效率的有效方法。论文首先概述了文化及文化差异的种种表现，分析了文化差异产生的原因,然后着重阐述了文化差异对商务交际的影响,最后指出建立合作文化是避免或缓和文化冲突的有效方法。

Impacts of Cultural Differences on Commercial Communication
 
ABSTRACT

This thesis explores the impacts of cultural differences on commercial communication and the way to overcome the cultural conflicts in commercial communication. Owing to various differences in social customs, thinking patterns and value systems, cultural differences are extensively found in international commercial communication. Cultural differences can easily lead to conflicts between those people with different cultural background, and hamper commercial communication from proceeding well. The best way to improve the efficiency of commercial communication is by enhancing the awareness of cultural differences, building up mutual respect and being tolerant to each other. This thesis firstly generalizes the various kinds of phenomena concerning cultural and cultural differences. It then proceeds to explore the reasons behind them and how cultural differences have a profound influence on commercial communication. Finally, it proposes that building a cooperative culture is an effective way to avoid and alleviate cultural conflicts.
