摘要：随着市场经济的发展，企业各相关者的利益受到了高度重视，相关者利益最大化已成为大多数企业财务管理目标的首要选择，如何对该目标进行有效衡量已成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文以利益相关者理论为出发点，对相关者利益最大化的优势进行详细阐述，并为相关者利益最大化目标建立衡量体系，得出相关者利益最大化目标的最终衡量指标。
