摘 要
目前,中小企业在我国国民经济发展中的地位越来越重要,但是同大企业相比,中小企业在资金、技术、人才等方面的不足是显而易见的,尤其是人才方面的问题。人才流失已经在一定程度上严重影响了中小企业的健康发展。本文从当前中小企业人才流失问题的现状及危害出发,着重从人力资源管理的七种职能方面分析中小企业人才流失的原因,进而提出相应的对策,以期望能够对中小企业人力资源管理者有所帮助。

Abstract
At present, the small and medium-sized enterprise is more and more important in the development of our country national economy, but compares with the big enterprise, the small and medium-sized enterprise is insufficiencies obviously in the aspect of fund, technology, talented person and so on, in particular in the aspect of the talented person.The brain drain has already affected the development of the small and medium-sized enterprise healthly in a certain extent。This article embarks from the question of the brain drain’ situation and the harm in the current small and medium-sized enterprise , emphatically analyzes the reason of the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain from the seven function aspect of the human resources management, then propos the corresponding countermeasure, expecting to help the human resources superintendent of the small and medium-sized enterprise.
