摘 要
人力资源外包是在20世纪90年代西方企业实施“回归主业,强化核心业务”的大背景下风行起来的一种企业新战略手段。从美国开始兴起之后,逐渐影响到日本、欧洲,乃至全球,形形色色的外包业务呈现欣欣向荣之势。在我国这种趋势更是让人震撼,创造着充满魔力的东方传奇。
本文即结合这一时代潮流从人力资源外包的概念出发,引出企业人力资源外包产生的背景和兴起的动因,以及人力资源外包的优势与风险所在。并针对目前我国人力资源外包情况呈现出的特点和问题分析其制约因素,提出人力资源外包问题的相应对策,最后预测人力资源外包这个新兴行业的发展趋势。

Abstract
 Human resources outsourcing is in the 90s of the 20th century Western enterprises, "the return of principal, strengthen the core business "of popular backdrop up a new business strategy.
