摘   要
薪酬是员工从事劳动或工作获得的物质利益,与员工的切身利益密切相关,是影响和决定员工的工作态度和工作绩效的重要因素之一。同时,薪酬也与企业的经济效益密切相关,是企业十分关心的重大问题。建立行之有效的薪酬体系,科学合理的确定员工的薪酬,以保证企业获取良好的经济效益,保障员工的物质利益,激发员工的工作积极性,吸引和稳定优秀的员工,已成为现代企业人力资源管理过程中的一个重要课题。
本论文针对B企业薪酬管理体系中存在的问题,以改进目前薪酬体系中的弊端、提高组织效率、实现企业目标为目的,对问题提出了改进措施,可在一定程度上提高了员工的满意度。

Abstract
Salary is the material profits employees gain by laboring or work. It is closely related with the employees’ benefits and is an important factor influencing their attitude toward work and decisive of their achievement in their work. Meanwhile, salary, closely connected with the enterprises’ economic benefits, receives great attention from the enterprises. It has already been an important project of modern human resource management in enterprises to set up effective system of salary. Such a system can scientifically distribute employee’s salary and also ensure the enterprise to win good economic benefits, guarantee the employees’ material profits, inspire their enthusiasm in work, and attract and stabilize excellent employees.
This paper analyzes the existing problems of the salary management, in order to improve the current salary system defects, improve organizational efficiency and achieve the objectives of the enterprise. This paper points out how to solve the problems, to improve employee satisfaction to a certain extent.
