摘  要
小组合作学习是研究性学习的基本组织形式,随着课堂改革的深入,小组合作学习越来越多地被引进小学课堂教学中,成了学生学习的重要方式,但是在实际中也暴露出了“注重形式”“忽略实质”“缺乏实效”的问题。本文拟从小学合作学习的现状出发,阐述了合作学习的基本理念,分析了实施合作学习的基本条件,并从合理分组、合作时机选择、合作常规建立、教师适时引导等方面提出在小学课堂实行有效小组合作学习的具体策略。
