摘要
新课程改革给学校带了新的生机与活力,同时也向老师们提出了更为严格的要求,新课程改革要求老师们必须转变过去的思维模式以及传统的教学模式,这对所有的教师都是一个严峻的挑战,尤其是对已经习惯了应试教育的老教师而言更是一项艰巨的任务,他们在一时之内根本无法适应新课程所倡导的新理念,新方法。本论文主要阐述了新课程改革对教师的要求,分析了新课改环境下老教师面临的问题以及这些问题的形成因素,同时也提出了老教师有效应对新课改环境的具体策略。

Abstract
