摘 要

本文按照研究问题的一般方法,简单阐述了劳动关系概念及改革背景后,分析我国国有企业劳动关系改革取得的成绩及主要发展方向,并从中西欧劳动关系改革中得到启示,对劳动关系发展横向及纵向进行对比,最后在肯定我国国有企业劳动关系改革一直以来坚持的市场化、契约化、法制化为主要方向的同时,指出国有企业劳动关系改革过程中的不足之处,并粗浅的提出自己的一些建议,最后提出在国有企业劳动关系管理中大力推行人力资源管理模式。

Abstract

 This article according to the research question's general method, elaborated simply after work relational concept and reform background, analyzes result which and main development direction our country State-owned business work relations reform obtains, and Western Europe works in the relational reform to obtain the enlightenment, crosswise and longitudinal carries on the contrast to the work relations development, finally while affirmed since our country State-owned business work relations reform has insisted the marketability, the agreement reduction, the legal system change into the main direction, pointed out that in the State-owned business work relations reform process the deficiency, and shallow proposed own some suggestions, proposed finally carries out human resources management pattern vigorously in the State-owned business work relations management.
