【摘要】随着知识经济的飞速发展,人力资源管理在企业(尤其是高新技术企业)的地位和作用日益增强,特别对企业核心竞争力的提高发挥着巨大作用。本文在对高新技术企业的员工激励机制背景认知的基础上,通过对恩斯迈公司员工激励机制现状分析与总结,提出了根据员工需要因素调查情况从而发现恩斯迈公司激励机制存在问题的方法。进而提出了相应的调整策略与措施。促进恩斯迈公司建立良好的激励制度进一步吸引人才、激励员工,从而增强恩斯迈公司的核心能力。

【Abstract】The human resources management has great effect on enterprises (especially on high tech enterprises), especially for increasing the core competence of enterprises day by day. Based on the incentive mechanism background of high tech enterprises and according to the MSI company employees’ inspiration, I find out what we should investigate on the needed factor of the employees in order to work out the defect of MSI enterprise’s incentive mechanism in order to formulate the adjust tactics. And then MSI company can reformulate an efficient inspire system to attract more excellent employees, increasing the company competition ability.
