【摘要】21世纪初，高新技术产业在深圳得到迅速的发展成长，现已成为深圳的支柱性产业之一，可是作为高新企业的“催化剂”——股权激励在深圳的推广却十分缓慢。本文将针对股权激励的特点，结合深圳高新企业的发展趋势，分析股权激励制度对于高新企业发展的意义，研究深圳发展股权激励的优势，以及发展过程中可能遇到的问题，并基于问题提出相应的对策，以期股权激励制度的推广实施，能令深圳高新企业向着正确的方向快速发展。

Present Status and Countermeasures of Stock Options Conducted by Shenzhen’s High-tech Enterprises
【Abstract】At the beginning of 21 century, high-tech enterprise develops quickly in Shenzhen, and has become one of the most important pillar of Shenzhen. However , as the “catalyst” of high-tech enterprise—stock options promote very slowly. This article will focus on the characteristice of stock options, combining the development trend of high-tech enterprise in shenzhen. Studying the advantage that development stock options in Shenzhen, and the possible problems may be met. Putting forward a homologous counterplan according to the problem, and expecting stock options can make Shenzhen high-tech enterprise develop more quickly.
