基于VB.NET的物资采购子系统的设计与实现
摘  要

本文计主要针对于企业的采购管理进行分析与研究，运用VB.NET、SQL Server 2000数据库以及Dreamweaver 8设计出一个比较完善的物资采购子系统。
本文对现有的物资采购管理系统进行了一个比较概括的分析，找出其不足之处，然后对新系统进行设计，系统完成后可以应付基本的采购管理。其中实现的功能包括：数据管理、供应商管理、财务管理、计划管理、采购分析和合同管理。同时本系统的采购管理模式设计为基于网络的采购管理模式。
本系统的关键研究内容：完善了采购员管理这一个功能模块，使得对采购员的管理不仅是日常数据管理，更是加入评估管理体系；加强了系统的信息反馈，把这些信息通过图表的形式显示出来，为系统用户提供决策支持。

Abstract

In this paper, it mainly focuses on the analysis and research to the purchasing management of corporation. It will design a more perfect subsystem of material purchasing by the VB.NET, the SQL Server 2000 Database and the Dreamweaver 8.
It makes a general situation analysis and principle introduction to the purchasing management system. Finding the disadvantage and designing a new system. It can cope with the basic completion of the purchasing management after the system complete. Such as the basic information of purchasing management, supplier management, financial management, plan management, purchasing analysis, contract management. This purchasing management system’s mode is base on the Internet.
The main harvests in this paper: it enhances the function module of purchaser management in this system. It not only manages the daily data of the purchaser, but also can evaluate the purchaser. The information feedback is enhanced by the system too. It can display the information through graph, and then provides the decision support for the system user.
