基于VB.NET的企业进销存系统的设计与实现
摘  要

本论文主要讨论进销存系统在企业信息化管理的重要性，并结合目前常用的进销存软件如用友和金蝶来进行功能分析，找出它们需要完善之处，然后围绕这些来改进，并设计出一个较为完善的进销存系统。
本论文是对基于VB.NET企业进销存系统进行设计与实现。先讲述论文的研究背景、选题目的及意义，接着分析国内外进销存系统的发展现状及不足，从而提出自己的功能创新及开发工具分析，然后进行界面设计和功能实现。本系统采用B/S模式的体系结构，使用基于VB.NET的ASP.NET语言，SQL Server 2000数据库作为开发工具，Dreamweaver作为界面设计工具。
本系统可以实现进货管理、销售管理、库存管理、员工管理、系统设置、在线交流等功能。

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of information management of purchase-sale-storage systems in the enterprises, and combines with the current commonly used purchase-sale-storage software such as UFIDA and Kingdee, to conduct functional analysis and find out where they need to improve, and then to improve on these, finally to design a better purchase-sale-storage system.
This paper is about an enterprise purchase-sale-storage system design and implementation that based on VB.NET. Firstly it describes the research background of topic, the purpose and the significance, secondly analyses the development status and insufficient of the purchase-sale- storage system at home and abroad, and then make my own innovation functions and development tools analysis, at last realizes the interface design and function implementation. The system uses B / S model of architecture, based on the VB.NET of language ASP.NET, SQL Server2000 database as development tools, Dreamweaver as the interface design tool.
This system can realize stock management, sales management, inventory management, staff management, system settings, online exchange, and so on.
