哈尔滨医药集团ERP系统选型的研究
【摘要】 目前，ERP系统在越来越多的企业中得到了应用，然而由于ERP项目实施的复杂性，并且难度都很高，从而导致了很多ERP项目在实施过程中未达到预期的效果。在影响ERP项目成败的因素中，ERP系统选型扮演着一个十分重要的角色，同时也是一个最受关注的因素。因此，深入研究ERP项目实施案例的成败因素具有重要的现实意义。本文根据哈尔滨医药集团ERP系统选型的应用案例，分析研究其选型的合理性、存在的问题，并提出相应的解决方法。

The Research of Harbin Medicinal Group’s ERP Systemic Shaping
 

【Abstract】 ERP system is urged by more and more enterprises now, but the complication and difficulty of the ERP project's implementation is so high that many ERP project have not yet completed in the executive process. The ERP systemic shaping is acting an extremely important role which affects the ERP project's accomplishment. Therefore, it is with great importance to deep analyze the successful and unsuccessful factor of the ERP project’s applied case. According to the applied case of ERP systemic shaping about the Harbin medicinal group, the thesis analyses the reasonable part, the existent problem and the solution to ravel out the problem.
