企业导入ERP系统流程研究——以xx电脑有限公司为例
【摘要】深圳电脑行业经过多年的市场竞争，正朝着产品规模化，技术精细化的方向发展。行业间的竞争已经发展为供应链之间的竞争，实现企业业务管理信息化是一个必然的趋势。ERP系统集信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身，有效整合企业资源，成为现代企业最佳选择的运行模式。如何成功导入ERP系统以满足企业实际业务管理的需求，就成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。为此，本文在分析研究深圳市西南电脑有限公司业务流程的基础上，借鉴用友ERP123实施方法论，推导出一种最适合该公司导入ERP系统的模式。通过导入用友ERP-U8系统，深圳市西南电脑公司基本实现及时准确掌握经营数据，提高资金流转，降低存货成本，轻松处理企业业务，提高管理效益。

【Abstract】After years of competition in the market, the computer industry of Shenzhen is moving towards products of scale and technical refinement direction. Industry competition has become the supply chain competition, so the realization of enterprise business management information is an inevitable tendency. ERP system sets information technology and advanced management ideas in an effective integration of enterprise resources, so it is the best choice for enterprise operating mode. How to introduce ERP systems to meet the actual business management needs successful has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of business processes in Southwestern Computer Co. LTD, and on the basis of reference to UFERP123 implementation methodology, this paper derived a most appropriate model for the company ERP system. By introducing UFERP-U8 system, Southwestern Computer Co. LTD basically operates in a timely and accurate master data, improve circulation of money, lower inventory costs, easier handling businesses, and improve their management efficiency.
