红藻石花菜有效成分的研究
摘要：本研究目的是探究红藻石花菜中的有效成分。用有机溶剂乙醇对石花菜所含的成分进行提取。以硅胶柱层析、薄层色谱法进行分离，总计得到6段化合物。利用HPLC、GC-MS等现代分析技术对提取物质的属性和结构进行鉴定，确定它们的结构和和活性基团。

Study on the chemical constituents of gelidium
 
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to isolate the chemical constituents of gelidium. Active constituents were extracted using petroleum, acetone and ethanol ether as solvent by silica gel column chromatography and thin-layer Chromatography. The structures of three compounds of them were confirmed by GC-MS, HPLC and other kinds of spectra.
