竞聘上岗是发现人才、激励人才的有效机制,如果只是走形式,做样子,那么不仅起不到作用,相反,还会使员工失去对组织的信任。
本文以目前国内第二大零售业集团——大商集团为例,从该集团员工内部竞聘实施的目的、操作流程以及影响等方面对该集团竞聘上岗的问题进行思考及拟定解决方案。在内容安排上,按由表及里、由潜入深的方式对大商集团郑州新玛特的员工内部竞聘进行分析,并得出了一整套实施竞聘上岗的规章制度与流程设计.

Abstract

Competing for a senior position is an effective mechanism to find the       talented person, to encourage the talented person, and if the competing is just a form,it will does not work,but also can cause the staff to lose
credibility to the organization.
This article take the present domestic second big retail  trade  Dashang group as an example, competes aspect and so onimplementation rule from this group staff interior, operation flow,influence which hires the question which competes to this group hiresto post carries on pondered and draws up the solution. In the contentarrangement,according to by the table and in, the from the shallow tothe deep way competes to the big business group Zhengzhou new MasuriumTe staff interior hires to carry on the analysis, and through themodel outstanding enterprise's successful case, has obtained the rulesand regulations and the flow design which set of implementationscompetes hires to post.
