基于满意度测量的大学生就业能力开发策略研究
【摘要】就业能力开发是指与就业相关的教育、培训和开发活动。大学阶段是大学生就业能力得到开发与提升的重要阶段,就业能力是否得到充分开发,与大学毕业生就业关系紧密。本文拟从大学生的角度来观察高校就业能力开发策略的状况与问题,首先建立大学生就业能力开发满意度的测量指标,然后以深圳大学为例,调查大学毕业生就业能力开发的满意度,分析大学生就业能力开发活动遇到的问题,最后根据满意度测量的实际数据,提出完善大学生就业能力开发策略的建议。

【Abstract】Employability development refers to employment-related education, training and development activities. College career is an important stage for college students to develop and promote employability, whether employability is to be fully developed or not, close relations with the employment of college graduates. This article to be from the perspective of college students to observe the situation and problems of university employability development strategy, first of all, establish the develop satisfaction Indicators of employability of college students, then take Shenzhen University as an example, survey satisfaction with university graduates employability development, analysis the problems when students' meet in employability development activities. The last, according to satisfaction measurement of actual data, make recommendations of the development strategy of improving employability of college students.
