【摘 要】 本文从对中小企业薪酬管理理念的形成写起,描述了其发展变迁的过程及其现状,论述了薪酬管理的几个发展阶段,总结出了目前在中小企业中薪酬管理方面存在的问题,如薪酬定位成本化,人力资本投资严重匮乏;薪酬设计只顾及眼前利益,缺乏理性的战略思考,有不科学之处;薪酬管理与工作绩效挂钩不强,激励功能弱化等,并且结合实际对小型企业做了薪酬管理方案的设计,提出了一些建议与看法。
