民营企业人力资源管理的现状与对策
摘要:本文通过对我国民营企业人力资源管理现状的考察,发现我国民营企业人力资源管理存在民营企业家的人才观念落后、人才使用不合理、人力资源部门职能作用未充分发挥等问题。产生上述问题的原因主要有历史、用人制度缺乏规范性、民营企业自身内部等原因。要解决问题应着眼于树立信用意识,防止信用流失;改善员工的工作环境,提高企业的工作效率;不断提高职工的福利水平;重视员工职业技能的提高;注重企业团队精神的培养;发挥比较优势,促进其朝良性方向发展。
