摘  要
本文针对中小民营企业在国民经济中的重要地位,提出一些长期存在于中小民营企业中的人力资源管理问题:如人力资源部工作职能模糊不清,或是不考虑企业实际盲目追求工作职能的大而全。笔者针对当前中小民营企业的实际发展情况,结合本人工作实践的经历,对一些常见问题的产生原因进行了深入的分析。提出了解决当前中小民营企业人力资源管理问题的对策,指出要根据企业发展阶段的不同,在做好企业基础人力资源管理工作的同时,有所重点地选择最优先发挥的工作职能。从而不断提高人力资源部的工作效率,使中小民营企业的人力资源管理工作从简单到全面,由小到大,不断规范正轨,从而不断促使人力资源管理工作走上科学的道路。

Abstract

Of solving the small and medium private enterprises in human resource management measures that enterprises according to the different stages of development. success in the enterprise based human resources management at the same time, the focus has to choose the most priority functions. So as to continuously improve the efficiency of the human resources department, small and medium-sized private enterprises in human resources management from the simple to the comprehensive, from small to large, continuously regulating the right track so as to continuously promote human resources management science path.
