溶剂热合成纳米硫化锌的研究
摘要:溶剂热法制备了球形纳米ZnS粉体,讨论了溶剂类型,反应温度对ZnS纳米颗粒的形貌和尺寸的影响。通过XRD,SEM表征了ZnS纳米粉体物相结构和表面形貌。结果表明,当温度在140℃时,以去离子水为溶剂,反应物反应5小时后可以制备出分散良好,大小均一,平均粒径在30nm左右的ZnS纳米颗粒。

The research of solvothermal synthesis nano-ZnS
 

Abstract: Nanoparticles of spheres-like zinc sulphide were synthesized via the Solvothermal route.The effects preparation parameters such as the type of Solvent,reaction temperature on ZnS particles’ morpho-logy and size were discussed. The particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscope(SEM). It is concluded that, water-dispersive ZnS nanoparticles with 30nm average particle size was synthesized at the temperature of 140 degrees, deionized water as solvent, reactant reaction after five hours.
