摘要：由一个水杯塑件外径为78毫米,内径为74毫米，高度为88毫米，设计一个水杯注塑模具。注塑材料为ABS树脂，本文介绍了ABS树脂的物理性能，化学性能还有加工性能以便于水杯注塑模具的设计，如力学性能的概况，流动性能的好坏和收缩率的大小 ，然后就是模具各部分组成的设计和尺寸大小的确立。主要有注塑机的校核，成型零部件设计，浇注系统设计，排气系统设计，冷却系统设计，合模导向机构及侧抽芯机构的设计，脱模机构设计分型面的确定等。

Abstract: According to a glass plastic that diameter 78 mm, Inner diameter 74 mm, height 88 mm, design a glass injection mold. the molding material is ABS resin, the article describes the physical properties of ABS resin, chemical processing performance as that it’s convenient to design the glass injection mold, such as an overview of the mechanical properties, the good or bad of the flow properties and the size of the shrinkage, then that is the design of part s of the mold design and establishment size. There are check the main injection molding machine, molding parts design, design of gating system, exhaust system, cooling system design, mold-oriented institutions and the design of the side core pulling, stripping mechanism design, determining the parting and so on.
