摘要：本设计为Ф100ABS绕线轮的注射成型模具设计，共分十章。从模具的发展情况到具体塑件的设计做了详细的介绍。设计开头介绍了我国模具的现状及发展趋势并对合理设计模具提出要求。接着针对本设计课题，对ABS材料和塑件的各项性能进行分析并确定塑件各项参数。然后从选择合适的注塑机和相关校核开始，逐一介绍了模具结构、浇注系统、成型零部件、侧向分型抽芯机构、自动脱落机构、导向机构、调温系统等方面的具体设计过程，包括设计原则、注意事项、公式校核等内容，使生产的塑件稳定、实用、可靠。最后，总结了本次设计掌握的知识，提出需要努力的方向。

Design of Ф100ABS bobbin inject shaping mold
Abstract This is a design of the Ф100ABS bobbin inject shaping mold. Its contents are divided into 10 chapters, which outlines a detailed illustration from the mould's development to its design. At the very beginning, the design introduces the present condition of the mould, its trend of development as well as the way to design moulds reasonably. Then it turns to the porperties analysis of ABS in all fields and also confirmed the right parameter. Later proceeding with the choice of the suitable injection moulding machine and the check of relevant data, it displays specifically the process of the design step by step, which covers a multitude of factors like the detailed moulding structure，Pouring system ，Moulding part，Side-parting Core-pulling Mechanisms，Automatically falling off Mechanisms，Guiding Mechanisms，temperature control system. Meanwhile, contents like the principle of design，announcements，formula checking are also included, which will undoubtedly be condusive to the stability, utility and reliability of the finished products. Finally, it draws a conclusion about the acquired knowledge of the design, and come up with the orientation of efforts.
