摘要 本文运用文献法和访谈法，从篮球的竞技需要和教学需要入手，分析了篮板球在现代篮球运动中的重要性；现代篮板球的发展状况；篮板球的技术的分析；篮板球的训练方法策略等方面，现代篮球运动在对抗的激烈程度上可谓是逐步的增强，所以篮板球的争抢也更加的困难和关键，篮板球的技术要求也就更高，本论文以期为抢篮板球的技术更好的发展提供一定的理论参考价值。
