高科技公司高管薪酬、治理结构与经济绩效关系研究
【摘要】本文以国内信息技术行业(行业编码为G)中的上市公司为研究对象,运用描述性分析及回归分析对目前国内高科技公司的高管薪酬、治理结构与经济绩效关系进行实证研究,企图解释前两者与后者的关系,并提出相关建议。本文发现公司业绩与高管年度报酬、高管之间薪酬差、公司规模、董事会独立性、股权集中度正相关,其中与高管薪酬差、股权集中度的显著性非常显著。公司经济绩效与监事总规模、两职兼任情况负相关,其中与两职兼任显著负相关。

【Abstract】In this paper based on the domestic information technology industry (industry code for the G) of the listed company as the research object by using descriptive analysis and regression analysis to the current domestic high-tech company Executive Pay, Corporate Governance and Economic Performance Relationship, attempt to explain the relationship with the latter before both, and puts forward related Suggestions. Found that the company performance associated with executives annual pay, compensation dispersion, firm size, board independence, ownership concentration. Especially the significant with compensation dispersion, ownership concentration are phenomenal. The company performance is negative correlation with the total size of Supervisors and two hats concurrently. including both concurrently a significant negative correlation.
