魅力型领导风格、员工自我效能感与工作绩效的实证研究
【摘要】领导风格会对下属的态度和行为造成差异性的影响,而本研究主要运用问卷法与文献分析法以实证调查的方式探讨魅力型领导风格及各维度对员工自我效能感、工作绩效的影响和作用机制。通过SPSS软件对数据进行分析,结果显示魅力型领导风格对自我效能感、工作绩效、任务绩效、周边绩效具有显著正向影响,但是魅力型领导不同的维度对以上变量的影响存在差异。同时,自我效能感对魅力型领导与工作绩效、任务绩效、周边绩效之间的关系起部分中介作用。

A Research on the Relationship of the Charismatic Leadership, Employees’ Self-efficacy and Work Performance
 
【Abstract】The leadership style will lead to different attitudes and behaviors of subordinate.The questionnaire and literature analysis are used in this study.The research on charismatic leadership style how to affect employees’ self-efficacy, work performance.and explore the different dimensions of charismatic leadership style which impact on work performance more clear.By SPSS software for data analysis,the results show that Charismatic leadership style has a positive correlation with employees’ self-efficacy, work performance, task performance, contextual performance.but different dimensions of the Charismatic leadership style have different impact to different variables. at the same time, employees’ self-efficacy is part of mediated between to charismatic leadership ,work performance, task performance and contextual performance.
