员工敬业度与工作绩效关系的实证研究
【摘要】在工作中,我们一般会认为,如果一个员工的敬业度高,那他会对所从事的工作充满热情,能产生比别人高的绩效,一些学者的研究也表明了这一点。根据有关学者的研究,我国企业员工的敬业度分为三维结构:员工对工作本身的投入,员工以组织成员身份来认同自己,员工的工作价值感。本次研究,我采用了实证研究的方法探讨员工敬业度以及其上述三个维度与员工工作绩效的关系,结果表明了员工敬业度以及其三个维度因素均与员工绩效呈强的正相关,以此为基础,我提出了提高员工敬业度的一些建议。

The empirical study of employee engagement and job performance

【Abstract】At work, we might think that if a high degree of employee engagement, and that he will work undertaken by passionate, can produce high performance than others, some scholars have demonstrated this. According to the scholars, the engagement of employees is divided into three-dimensional structure: staff input on the work itself, the staff members in order to identify themselves as employees work worth. In this study, I used the empirical study of employee engagement and its three dimensions of the relationship with job performance, the results show that the employee engagement factors, and its three dimensions and showed a strong positive employee performance relevant as a basis, I put forward to improve employee engagement recommendations.
