信息技术与中小企业竞争力的提升
【摘要】信息技术是当代中小企业提升竞争力，获取竞争优势的主要来源之一。信息技术大降低了中小企业的交易成本，提高了相互合作的可能性，使中小企业在设计、制造、采购和销售过程中，都可以依托网络，采用先进信息技术和取得最佳效益。文章首先从信息化环境入手,研究如何利用信息技术提升中小企业竞争力，进而分析信息技术应用于中小企业显现的成效，探讨中小企业在应用信息技术过程中出现的问题及对策。

Information Technology and the Promotion of
Competence about Small and Medium Enterprises
 
【Abstract】Information technology is one of the main sources which are used by the contemporary small and medium enterprises to promote their competence as well as to obtain competition advantage . Applied in the process of design, manufacturing, purchasing and selling, information technology helps the small and medium enterprises to lower the transaction cost, enhance the possibility of inter-cooperation and obtain the best benefit. The paper is going to discuss how to promote the competence of small and medium enterprises through the usage of information technology. Then based on the analysis of efficiency of IT application in small and medium enterprises, the thesis puts forward solutions in accordance with problems in IT application.
