企业中研发人员的绩效管理分析
摘  要

随着市场竞争的日趋激烈, 如何对企业员工进行有效的绩效管理、激励员工, 从而提升企业的整体竞争力, 是每个企业都必然面临的问题。而研发部门作为企业的核心部门, 如何对研发人员的创造性活动进行有效的管理和考核, 又成为企业绩效管理中的重点和难点。建立科学的研发人员绩效指标体系,以此为依据进行评价和管理,对于激发研发人员的研发积极性,提高工作效率具有重要的意义。
本文试图就企业中研发人员绩效管理中存在的问题和应采取的策略进行初步的探讨,分析了研发人员绩效管理的现状,指出实际工作中存在的具体问题, 然后提出了改进建议,并对研发人员绩效管理的趋势进行了初步展望。

Abstract

Along with market competition day by day intense, how carries on the effective achievements management, the drive staff to the enterprise staffs, thus the promotion enterprise's overall competitive power, is a question which each enterprise all inevitably faces.But researches and develops the department to take the enterprise the core department, how to does research and develop personnel's creative activity to carry on the effective management and the inspection, also becomes in the enterprise achievements management the key point and the difficulty.The establishment science research and development personnel achievements target system, carries on the appraisal and the management take this as the basis, researches and develops personnel's research and development enthusiasm regarding the stimulation, enhances the working efficiency to have the vital significance.
The strategy which this article attempts on the enterprise in to research and develop which in the personnel achievements management to have the question and should adopt to carry on the preliminary discussion, analyzed has researched and developed the personnel achievements management the present situation, pointed out in the practical work existed the concrete question, proposed the improvement suggestion, and to researched and developed the personnel achievements management the tendency to carry on the preliminary forecast.
