中小企业人员招聘存在问题及趋势探析
摘 要

我国的中小企业是支持国民经济快速增长和社会主义市场经济体制形成的重要力量之一,但是目前我国中小企业的发展和生存备受人才问题的困扰,如何有效解决人才招聘与发展趋势是我国中小企业面临的一个严峻、紧迫而且具有现实意义的问题。中小企业人员招聘中主要存在的问题如人力资源管理机构和人员的设置不到位、对招聘工作不够重视、招聘渠道相对单一、对岗位需要的人员缺乏正确的定位、招聘工作缺乏科学规范的实施过程。造成以上问题的主要原因包括中小企业自身的特点造成的对应聘者吸引力较弱、社会经济发展条件的制约等,从中可以看到,今后中小企业人员招聘的趋势包括建立任职资格体系、完善面试测评体系和制定录用决策程序,更好的规范中小企业招聘工作的实施。

Abstract

The small and medium-sized enterprises in China is to support economic growth and the socialist market economic system, but the important strength of small and medium-sized enterprises in China at present the development and survival talent problem is, how to effectively solve the recruitment and development trend of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is facing a serious, pressing and realistic problems. The small and medium-sized enterprise personnel advertise for the main existence question like human resources management organization and personnel's establishment do not arrive, to advertise for the work insufficiently to take seriously, to advertise for the channel to be relatively unitary, the personnel who needs to the post to lack the correct localization, the employment advertise work to lack the scientific standard the implementation process. Causes the above problem the primary cause to create including small and medium-sized enterprise own characteristic is weak to the applicant attraction, the socio-economic development condition restriction and so on, may see, the small and medium-sized enterprise personnel will advertise for from now on the tendency including the establishment assignment qualifications system, will consummate the interview evaluation system and the formulation hires the decision-making procedure, better standard small and medium-sized enterprise employment advertise work implementation.
