翻译工作坊教学中学生参与模式研究A Study on Students’ Participation in Translation Workshop

 

摘  要

翻译工作坊教学模式是翻译教学领域的一种新尝试,目前国内外已有了一些研究。根据这些研究我们可以看出,在教学实践中,翻译工作坊是一种正确有效的模式。然而,关于学生到底是如何参与进翻译工作坊教学模式的以及学生参与效果如何却还没有文章论及。本论文采用韩素音翻译大赛2010年(翻译过程中的工作坊操作模式及原文以及其他的材料,研究分析学生的具体参与状况(及学习效果)。
本论文分为六个部分。第一部分,文献综述,将分别从理论和实践角度介绍翻译工作坊的背景。第二部分,主要侧重于目前国内外在翻译教学中所涉及到的教学模式。第三部分,主要阐述翻译工作坊具体的教学实践概况。第四部分,将从课上和课下两方面具体描述学生的参与状况。第五部分,总结学生的反馈以及给出理论依据。最后,指出学生参与中出现的一些遗留问题。
本论文的完成主要依据文献分析法以及调查法,最后实现对翻译工作坊教学中学生参与状况的研究。
本论文主要研究的是学生在翻译工作坊教学模式下的具体参与状况,反映了目前对学生在翻译工作坊教学模式下,具体的反馈以及收获的信息的需求。

Abstract

The teaching model of Translation Workshop is a new try in translation teaching. (The model has been a topic for ) There have been some studies in China and other countries (in recent years). And according to these researches, Translation Workshop has been proved (to be) a good model(practice) in teaching practice( for the course). But problem remains as to how well do students participate in the workshop, how to realize the involvement of every individual student. This paper attempts to explore the issue, using materials from Han Suyin Translation Competition and many others and analyzing student’s participation (and its effect).
This dissertation has six parts. First part (one) of this study is about the literature review of (the) researches on the Translation Workshop in both theoretical and practical aspect. Second, it introduces the background of this research and different teaching models of translation course. The third Part (three) of this paper focuses on the main features of the Translation Workshop object. The forth part (four) describes student’s participation in Translation Workshop in details which contains two sections: in the class and out of the class. The fifth Part (five) summarizes student’s reflections and comments. Finally, this paper shows(points) some remaining problems of student’s participation.
We do this paper (The study is carried out ) by analyzing the literatures and doing some interview and questionnaire. We hope to have (make a) the conclusion that what’s (on) the effect of students taking the Translation Workshop courses.
At last, this dissertation enquires into student’s participation in Translation Workshop and reports the need for the information of student’s reflection and gains in Translation Workshop.
