本文较详细地介绍了SA8000标准国内外研究动态。简要介绍了国外对SA8000标准研究的主要问题和主要观点，以及SA8000标准实施效果的研究成果。对我国国内有关SA8000标准研究的观点进行了概括。论文简要介绍了SA8000标准在劳动保障、人权保障、管理系统及其运行模式等九个方面的主要内容。
本文从改善我国企业劳工保护状况、减轻我国企业外贸冲击压力、增强我国企业国际竞争力和优化我国企业治理结构等四个主要方面阐述了实施SA8000标准的重要意义和必要性。文章分析了SA8000标准在我国企业实施现状后认为，我国企业实施SA8000标准主要存在着五个方面的问题，包括对SA8000标准的社会认知程度不高、企业对SA8000标准的意义和价值认识不足、企业对SA8000标准的适应能力太弱、企业对实施SA8000标准的力度不够、目的不明确以及政府对企业实施SA8000标准的支持不够等。文章根据我国企业实际情况，从立法机构、政府和企业三个层面，提出了尽快完善与SA8000标准相关的法律法规制度、加强政府对企业实施SA8000标准的科学引导和企业积极应对SA8000标准等一系列对策措施和建议。

Abstract
SA8000，a standard procedure for approves enterprise's social responsibility，was established in 1997 Social Accountability International (SAI)，based in America with joint efforts of Europe & America transnational corporation and other international organization. SAI issued the first revised edition of SA8000 standard in 2001 namely SA8000：2001 receives business circles and consumers' popular welcome and support in American-European countries.SA8000 standard is the first community responsibility international standard that can be authenticated by third party in the world, aim at improving global workers' condition of work through the morally purchase, thereby reach the fair and honorable condition of work finally.
This essay has introduced the domestic and international research information of SA8000 standard in detail. The essay has introduced subject matter and main view studied briefly about SA8000 standard, and the research results of SA 8000 standard implementing effect .It has highly summarized the domestic view that studies on SA8000 standard in our country. Thesis introduce SA8000 standard in labor insurance, human rights insurance, administrative system and his operational mode, etc.nine main content briefly.

The article, according to enterprise's reality of our country, from legislative body，government and three aspects of enterprise, have put forward the system of laws and regulations perfecting and correlating with SA8000 standard as soon as possible, strengthen government implement to enterprise SA8000 science of standard lead and enterprise reply SA8000 standard a series of countermeasure measure actively.
