初中生学习动机现状调查及策略研究

【摘要】在当今教育快速发展的今天，较之于传统的学校教育中教师的主导地位，学校教育更重视学生的主体性发展，学生的学习动机对促进教育改革的前进越来越关键，学习动机已经渐渐成为教育领域的热点问题。对于初中学生来说，学习动机对于学生取得优异的成绩，获得良好的学习成果起着至关重要的作用。而学生的学习动机大体分为内部动机和外部动机。本文以临川地区的学生为对象，采用问卷调查的方法，从初中学生学习内部动机和外部动机为主要切入点了解他们的学习动机现状，并针对初中学生提出促进学生学习动机的建议。

Abstract

In the rapid development of today's education, compared to the dominant position of the teachers in the traditional school education, school education pay more attention to the development of the subjectivity of students, their motivation to learn is increasingly critical to move forward to promote education reform, learning motivation has graduallya hot issue for the field of education. Junior high school students, the motivation for the students achieved excellent results, access to good learning outcomes plays a vital role. Students' motivation can be divided into internal motivation and external motivation. The Linchuan area students, using the questionnaire method, internal motivation and external motivation for the main entry point from the junior high school students learn to understand their motivation to learn the status quo, and the junior high school students to promote students' motivation to learn.
