项目风险评估方法比较研究
【摘要】现代企业的发展越来越需要成功的项目来支持，而项目的成功则离不开对风险很好的管理，风险评估作为项目风险管理中极为重要的一环其方法与技术则呈现了复杂化与多样化的趋势，但各个风险评估方法之间的比较分析却是稍显不足。本文通过对项目管理和风险管理相关知识的介绍，对主流风险评估方法进行了理论探讨和实例研究，围绕项目进程就各方法的应用阶段与应用形式作了客观深入的分析，并在此基础上全面的比较了各方法的优缺点、适用范围等方面，提出了相应的方法改进意见和方法间的组合应用建议，以期对企业在选择风险评估方法、应用方法解决实际问题上有所帮助。

【Abstract】In recent years, project management and risk management has been developing rapidly along with the significance of the project risk is becoming increasingly point out emphatically. As a key link of project risk management, the methods and techniques of risk assessment tend to present a picture of complication and diversification. However, the comparative analysis of risk assessment methods was not enough. The paper usually analyses living examples and gives a useful presentation of theoretical derivation, by using the knowledge of project management and risk management, makes an objective profound discussion of application phase and application form of risk assessment methods around the process of project. Furthermore, a comprehensive comparison among different methods, focus on advantage and disadvantage of methods and application scope, is carried out. Base on this, corresponding improve opinions of methods and suggestions of a combination application of different methods are put forward, which is hoped to be helpful to enterprise to solve the real problem of how to choose different kind of risk assessment methods.
