黑色颜料型色浆的制备及稳定性分析
摘要：利用蓝式研磨机，选择合适的炭黑、分散剂原料制备黑色颜料型色浆，利用浓缩体系分散稳定性分析仪、ZETA电位测定仪、粒度分布仪等，对黑色颜料型色浆的分散状态进行表征，结果表明，所制备色浆产品粒度分布在185nm，zeta电位在650mv，分散稳定度值为0.145，是一种适用于水性体系的通用色浆。

Preparation of black pigment-based inks and stability analysis
Abstract ：Use of the grinding machine, select the appropriate carbon black, dispersing agent prepared from black pigment-based colorant, use concentrated dispersion stability analyzer system, ZETA potential analyzer, particle size distribution, etc., on the dispersion of black pigment-based color paste state characterization results show that the size distribution of the prepared paste in 185nm, zeta potential in 650mv, dispersion stability value of 0.145, is a water-based system suitable for universal colorants.
