CoFe2O4纳米颗粒的制备及其性能表征
摘要:采用化学共沉淀法制备了CoFe2O4纳米颗粒,利用多功能X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)来研究样品的物相与结构。对不同温度下热处理后CoFe2O4 颗粒的XRD结果和同一温度热处理后不同磁场下退火的CoFe2O4颗粒的XRD结果进行了分析,计算出了CoFe2O4颗粒的平均晶粒尺寸。利用SEM对样品的微观形貌进行了观测,得到如下结论:随着热处理温度的提高,CoFe2O4铁氧体颗粒逐渐长大;尽管CoFe2O4颗粒间存在偶极相互作用,但CoFe2O4颗粒仍呈现规则的球型,颗粒间几乎没有团聚的现象;同样温度下,磁场越大,CoFe2O4样品颗粒越大。

Preparation and Properties Characterization of Nano-particles CoFe2O4
 
Abstract:By chemical precipitation CoFe2O4 nano-particles were prepared by using the multi-functional X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to study the phase structure of the sample material. After heat treatment at different temperature XRD results CoFe2O4particles after heat treatment and the same temperature under different magnetic particles CoFe2O4annealing XRD results were analyzed to calculate the average grain size CoFe2O4 particles. SEM,the morphology of the samples was observed, the followed conclusions: With the heat treatment temperature increased, CoFe2O4 ferrite particle gradually grow; although there CoFe2O4 dipole interaction between particles, but particles were still present rules CoFe2O4 ball type, almost no particle agglomeration phenomena; the same temperature, the greater the magnetic field, CoFe2O4 larger particle samples.
