试论小学生合作能力的培养

摘  要
新课程强调学习方式的改变，引导学生进行“合作学习”,提高小学生合作能力已成为的课堂教学中的重要组织形式之一，本文从调查访谈中发现了小学生进行合作学习，培养合作技能存在一些问题，并在深入分析的基础上提出相应的解决办法，以促进学生合作能力的进一步发展。

学会合作是当代人的一种重要素质，也是当代人的一种基本能力。从小培养学生合作意识和合作技巧，促进其社会适应性的发展，具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。为此，新课程注重小学生合作方式的转变，大力倡导“主动、探究、合作”的合作能力培养方式。体现在教学课堂上，教师致力于组织引导小学生进行小组讨论，给现在的课堂教学增添了一道亮丽的风景。
