农村信用社人力资源管理存在的问题与对策


摘  要
在农村信用社的各个组成要素中,人是最关键的因素,也是最活跃的因素。随着农村信用社的改革不断深入和金融危机的冲击,农村信用社的人力资源结构更加突出,严重影响到农村信用社的健康发展,本文就当前我国农村信用社人力资源管理存在的问题,从现代人力资源管理与传统人事管理的区别入手,阐明加强我国农村信用社人力资源管理的重要性,并且提出通过解放思想,转变观念;完善机构设置,加快对人力资源管理者的培养;强调“以人为本”的管理理念;全方位构建人力资源管理体系;加强企业文化建设等来完善农村信用社的人力资源管理。希望能对农村信用社的人力资源管理有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

ABSTRACT
In the various constituent elements of rural credit cooperatives, the people are the most crucial factor, but also the most active factor. With the continuous deepening of the reform of rural credit cooperatives and financial crisis, the human resource structure of rural credit cooperatives become more prominent, which seriously affected the healthy development of rural credit cooperatives, rural credit cooperatives in China this article on the current human resource management problems, from the modern human resource management and the difference between traditional personnel management to start to clarify China's rural credit cooperatives to strengthen the importance of human resource management and put forward by emancipating the mind, changing concepts; improving the institutional setting, to speed up the training of human resources managers; emphasis on "people-oriented "management idea; all-round building of human resources management system; strengthen the building of enterprise culture to improve the rural credit cooperatives, human resources management. The hope is human resources management, rural credit cooperatives have a certain reference and guiding significance.
