复合型英语人才的培养


摘    要

随着全球经济一体化的发展, 英语已逐渐成为一种跨越国界、民族和文化的全球性语言, 英语人才也成为我国经济发展的紧需人才之一。 复合型英语人才是适应社会对英语人才多元化的需求而产生的,其培养对区域经济发展有重要意义。如何培养合格的复合型英语人才便成为众多学者的研究课题,也成为国家的一个重点研究项目。
培养复合型英语人才既不是简单地进行学科之间的拼凑组合,也不是在原有教学计划中增加几门应用性课程或强化某种训练就可以完成的,而是要根据复合型英语人才的培养目标及规律进行学科有机的优化组合。不同地区、不同的学校可以根据自身的办学条件设置自己的特色复合型英语人才培养模式。但归根到底,英语还是复合型英语人才的根本,是其“主流”。在复合型英语人才培养过程中,如何形成英语与其他专业的复合是关键问题。开设复合课程对教师、课程安排和教学方法改革都提出了新的要求,这些都是我们在教学中亟待解决的问题。复合型英语人才的培养还存在潜在的弊端,在其培养过程中应尽量培养学生的逻辑思维能力和创新能力以适应新工作的要求。
本文主要试图对复合型英语人才培养的原则、方法和面临问题进行研究分析,重点介绍各高校英语专业培养模式的转变和困难,提出一些解决措施及创新能力的培养。相信本研究所取得的成果,对复合型英语人才培养会具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

 With the rapid development of integration of global economy, English has become an international language, and English talents have become one of the most welcomed talents. Multi-skilled English talents meet the diversity of the social demand, and their training is very important for the development of regional economy. So, how to train the qualified Multi-skilled English talents has become the research topic of many scholars and of the government.
  The training is not simply one subject + another or adding some practical subjects to the original curriculum, it must be achieved under the teaching aim and law. Colleges of different regions can set up the teaching model of Multi-skilled English talents of their own. But above all, English is still the foundation of Multi-skilled English talents. How to compound the subjects is a critical problem for us to solve. The subject related-courses also bring new demand for the teachers, their teaching arrangement and the education reformation. These problems must be solved in our practice. There are also some potential defects of the training. We should pay attention to the development of the students’ logic thinking and the ability of creating new things.
This thesis, through a few questionnaires, studies and analyzes the training of Multi-skilled English talents, lists out the principles, methods and difficulties of the training. It focuses on the education reformation of the English specialty and analyzes the problems during the reformation. The results of the research are adoptable for the training of Multi-skilled English talents and also give some advice for the future work.
