加强人力资源管理提高中小企业竞争力
摘要
人力资源管理已成为现代企业发展中的一项重要工作,人力资源的价值成为衡量企业核心竞争力的标志。但是,人力资源在我国的发展仍然存在很多障碍。本文在对相关概念界定的基础上,对中小企业人力资源管理现状及存在的问题进行了深入分析,在从激励管理的角度提出了具体增强企业竞争力的方法后,又从提高人力资源管理效率的角度提出了提高企业竞争力的具体对策。

Abstract
Human resource management of modern enterprises has become an important task in the development of human resources, the value measured as the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the human resources in the development of our country still exist many obstacles. Based on the related concepts, on the basis of the definition of small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management status quo and existing problems are analysed, from the Angle of management incentive in put forward concrete enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and to improve after method from the Angle of human resources management efficiency, put forward specific countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
