M公司知识型员工流失问题及对策分析

内 容 摘 要

21世纪以来，知识在经济活动中已经取代资金、设备、原材料等一跃成为了最重要的生产资料。而掌握着大量先进知识的知识型员工作为知识的载体，也就成为了企业实现核心竞争力的关键部分。然而，对知识型员工密集的管理咨询公司的管理者来说，目前该类员工的高流失率却是不容忽视的现象，其流失会导致公司核心技术和关键客户的流失、关键岗位空缺及重置成本增加等问题。 本文以M管理咨询公司为研究对象，首先在对M公司的介绍、知识型员工特点及现状的介绍后，进行了公司在职知识型员工和离职员工的访谈调查及员工流失损失分析；其次从个人、企业和社会三个方面进行了员工流失原因分析。最后，从员工自我完善、改进公司管理和提升行业发展的角度上提出有效留住知识型员工的措施，希望能为企业管理实践提供一定参考。

The Analysis of the Knowledge-based Staff’s Turnover in M.  Company
  
Abstract
 
In the 21st century, knowledge has become the most important production material instead of the funds, equipment and raw materials. As carriers of knowledge,those knowledge workers have become the key factor of forming enterprises' competitiveness. Knowledge workers play a vital role in those corporations’ existence and development. However, it is a headache thing for the managers of the companies that the rate of turnover is hign in the management consultants, because the loss of staff would lead to the loss of the company's core technology, the loss of key customers, as well as vacancies in key positions and the cost increase for the replacement. In these circumstances, the paper choose the M corporation to analyse.Firstly,the paper introduced the total situation of manegement consulting firm,and then introduced the M corporation’s characteristics of human resources,and described knowledge workers’turnover. On this basis, we conducted the deeply and meticulous investigation and analysis to the staff of working and the left by the use of interviews, questionnaires, etc. Then,analyzing three aspects of the reasons for staff turnover from individuals, enterprises and society. Finally, we attempts to take an effective knowledge-based staff measures,on the basis of the main three aspects from staff’s self-perfection,improving management and promoting industry level.We hope to provide reference for the enterprise management practice.
