浅谈企业文化与绩效管理的匹配

摘  要

当前一些企业因为生存压力逐渐加大，企业之间竞争日益激烈，企业如果想得到良好的生存与发展，就应当正确认识到企业文化的重要性，并建立起一套与企业文化相匹配的绩效管理体系。企业文化是绩效管理体系设计和运作的前提，为绩效管理提供一种道德约束和行为准则；而绩效管理对企业文化也产生很大的影响，可以产生维持和优化企业文化的效果。绩效管理是一种绩效导向的管理思想,其最终目标是建立企业的绩效文化，形成具有激励作用的工作气氛，以文化的方式提高人员素质和企业的经营业绩。我国企业应充分了解二者之间的关系，建立起真正属于自己的核心文化，从而创建适合自身发展的绩效管理体系，已使自己得到良好而稳定的发展。本文从绩效管理在构建企业文化中的作用入手，并结合一个成功的案例，向大家阐述了不同类型企业文化与绩效管理之间的匹配，我国企业如何寻求二者之间的相互匹配以及在这个过程中应当做好的工作。

Abstract

Some current enterprise for survival pressure increase gradually, the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, enterprise, if want good survival and development, it should be realized the importance of enterprise culture, and set up a set of matching with the enterprise culture of the performance management system. Performance management is a kind of performance oriented management thoughts, its ultimate goal is to establish the enterprise culture, performance has incentive effect on the working atmosphere, the way of cultural enterprises and improve the quality of the staff of the business performance. Our country's enterprises should fully understand the relation between the two, establish truly belong to own core culture, thus creating suitable development of performance management system, has made himself get good and stable development. Based on construction of enterprise culture of performance management, combining the role of a successful cases, to discuss the different types of enterprise culture and performance management in enterprises, the matching between how to find the matching between them, and in the process should be prepared to work.
