HD汽车公司仓储部现场改善研究

摘要
精益生产是当今流行于各个企业的一个重要概念。本文基于5S改善理论，综合运用相关改进方法和工具，通过系统的分析，对HD公司的仓储部门进行现场研究和改善。
本文论述了精益生产中的主要应用的5S改善技术和理论,特别对HD公司仓储部现场改善的方法进行了系统论述。利用现场5S改善的知识针对HD公司仓储部现场改善过程进行了深入的分析和研究。主要通过对仓储部现场管理等方面的研究，达到了消除重复作业，缩短工作时间，提高工作效率，改善现场环境等目的。同时，通过改善后的现场布置图、地点分类图和物料进出库图，对仓储部现场进行了系统化的改善活动。对仓储部的现场改善，大大提高了HD公司的生产效率。最后，本文通过对仓储部改善前后对比论述了本次改善取得的效果。

The Improvement Research on Storage Section of HD Company
ABSTRACT
Lean Production is an important concept which is popular among every enterprise nowadays. This paper is basic on the Kaizen theory and uses the relative methods and tools to achieve the target that to make a deep locale improvement on the storage section of HD Company.
This article discusses techniques and theory on the 5S, which is the most important part of Lean Production. Especially elaborates the important theories that how to make an improvement on the storage section of HD Company. We make an analysis in depth through the knowledge of 5S. From the analysis that about the local storage of HD Company, we eliminate the overlap reduce the working time and  improve the workers' efficiency and get a clear condition in the storage. In the same time, we make a systemic improvement on the storage section from local collocation chart, partition chart and the chart of materials' process. In this case , we improve the efficiency of HD Company. At the end of this paper,  we list the improved storage and make a comparison with the foregone one to discuss the function of 5S.
