摘要

在这个信息时代,企业的经营活动将日益依赖于国际互联网。信息时代下唯一不变的就是变化,所以企业要生存和发展,就要顺应这个瞬息万变的节奏。然而作为在现代企业中处于举足轻重地位的人力资源管理,它该如何推陈出新以适应新的形势就成了企业决定自己命运的关键。信息技术具有检索快速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等特点,这些优点可以极大地提高人力资源管理工作地效率,也可以为企业进行科学化、现代化和信息化建设,参与国际竞争,与世界接轨创造条件。管理者在进行人力资源管理时,要积极利用信息技术的有利方面,尽量克制其不利方面,用最小的固定资产成本带来企业收益的最大化,以实现信息技术利用价值的最大化。本文从现代人力资源管理利用信息技术的必要性分析入手,把信息技术对现代人力资源管理六大职能模块进行了详尽的分析,指出了信息技术对人力资源管理各个职能模块的积极影响,同时也指出了企业利用信息系统的风险问题,并对如何降低信息风险提出了建议,给予企业管理者一些决策支持。

  Abstract
In this information age, the business activities of enterprises will become increasingly dependent on the Internet. Unchanged under the age of information is the only change, so the survival and development of enterprises, it is necessary to conform to the rhythm of this rapidly changing. However, as in the modern enterprise in a decisive position in human resources management, how new it is to adapt to the new situation has become business critical to determine their own fate. Retrieval of information technology with a fast, easy to find, high reliability and large storage capacity, the confidentiality of a good, long life, low cost, these benefits can greatly improve the human resource management and efficiency, but also for scientific enterprises, modernization and information technology, to participate in international competition, and create conditions for the rest of the world. Managers in human resources management, it is necessary to make active use of the favorable aspects of information technology to minimize its negative aspects of restraint, with the smallest cost of the fixed assets of enterprises to maximize revenue in order to achieve the use of information technology to maximize the value. In this paper, the use of modern human resources management of the need for information technology analysis, the information technology of modern human resource management functions of the six modules of the detailed analysis of information technology on human resources management in all functions of the positive impact of modules, but also pointed out that the use of information system of enterprise risks, and information on how to reduce the risk of suggestions to give enterprise managers a number of decision support.
