浅析中小民营企业的薪酬管理变革


摘 要

伴随着中国改革开放以来的经济腾飞,中小民营企业取得了长足的发展,为我国的社会就业、经济增长和经济体制改革等方面做出了巨大的贡献。近期受到席卷全球的金融危机的影响,中小民营企业的经营环境变得更加复杂和严峻。中小民营企业为求生存和发展,必须从战略上实施转变,采用先进的管理模式。而其中对于人力资源的管理和竞争就成为了民营企业保持其竞争优势的关键。在诸多影响因素中,中小民营企业的薪酬管理体系已经成为企业能否吸引人才、激励人才和留住人才的关键。对其薪酬管理体系进行变革,建立一套完善的薪酬管理体系,是中小民营企业实现可持续发展的重要保证。
本文通过对中小民营企业的薪酬管理现状进行分析,找出其在薪酬管理方面存在的问题,并分析这些问题产生的原因,对薪酬管理变革提出优化策略,实现中小民营企业薪酬管理变革的突破。

Abstract

Along with China's reform and opening up of economic take-off, small and medium-sized private enterprises have made great strides, which has made tremendous contributions for our employment, economic growth and economic reform, etc. .However, the operating environment of small and medium-sized private enterprises has become more complex and severe with the financial crisis sweeping the globe recently. In order to survive and develop, it is necessary to change the strategic and adopt advanced management mode for small and medium-sized private enterprises . The management of human resources and competitiveness of private enterprises have become the key to maintain its competitive edge . In the many influencing factors,the Salary Administration System of small and medium-sized private enterprises has become the key ability to attract, motivate and retain talented people . It is necessary to change and optimize the Salary Administration System for the small and medium-sized private enterprises to achieve sustainable development .
Based on the analysis of Salary Administration System of small and medium-sized private enterprises ,the article identifies the problems in the salary management , analyzes the causes of these problems and offer optimization strategy to achieve a breakthrough change for the salary management of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
