薪酬管理视角下企业人才流失问题探究
摘 要:随着经济全球化和科学技术的发展,市场竞争愈演愈烈。在激烈竞争的背后,最根本的是人才的竞争,只有拥有高素质人才的企业才会在市场竞争中立于不败之地。因此,各个企业都将对人才的重视提升到一定高度,把吸引人才、激励人才和留住人才作为企业生存和发展的根本途径。而目前我国企业普遍面临着人才流失的问题,因此分析人才流失的原因进而提出解决的对策,已成为企业迫在眉睫的任务。本文从薪酬管理的角度揭示人才流失的原因,并根据存在的薪酬管理问题提出解决的对策。

Abstract: Along with economic globalization and scientific and technological development, market competition intensified. Behind the fierce competition, the most fundamental is the talent competition. Only enterprises with high-quality talent will be in an invincible position in the market competition. Therefore, each enterprise have the attention of talent elevated to a certain height, and consider attracting talent, motivating talent and retaining talent as a fundamental way of business survival and development. At present, most enterprises in our country faced the problem of brain drain. Therefore, the analysis of the reasons for brain drain and then putting forward the countermeasures has become the urgent task of the enterprise. This text reveals the reasons from the perspective of the compensation management and puts forward the countermeasures.
